These Terms govern the use of the website and services of Unplanned Detours SPA, RUT 78.071.208-2 ("Unplanned Detours"), a company organized under the laws of Chile. By using our site or booking a service, you accept these Terms.
1. Services
We offer guided tours and gastronomic, cultural, and corporate experiences in Chile. Tour details, inclusions, prices, and availability are described on each tour page and may change.
2. Bookings & payment
Bookings are made through our booking provider, Bokun. A booking is confirmed once payment and confirmation are completed. Prices are shown in the currency indicated and may be subject to taxes.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are shown for each tour at the time of booking. Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time; some tours require 48 hours' notice due to our partners' requirements. Please review the specific cancellation window for your tour before booking. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed through Bokun.
4. Corporate & private events
Corporate event requests submitted via our form are inquiries, not confirmed bookings. Scope, terms, and pricing for events are agreed separately in writing.
5. Responsibilities of participants
Participants must arrive on time at the meeting point, follow guide instructions, and behave responsibly. We may decline service to anyone whose conduct endangers themselves or others, without refund.
6. Health, safety & alcohol
Some experiences involve walking and alcohol tastings. Participants are responsible for assessing their own suitability. Alcohol is served only to those of legal drinking age.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Chilean law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. weather, strikes, third-party suppliers). Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Chilean consumer law (Ley N° 19.496).
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos) belongs to Unplanned Detours or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
9. Consumer rights
As a consumer in Chile, you have rights under Ley N° 19.496 and may contact SERNAC for consumer matters.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Chile.
